Your responsibility

• The four-member school management leads the school as a team and works in departments according to the delegation principle.
• As Vice Principal, you lead the school operationally as well as in pedagogical, personnel, and organizational aspects, in cooperation with the Rectorate and the other two Vice Principalships.
• You contribute to the overall school development and undertake leadership tasks.
• Your field of activity primarily includes the following areas: advice and support for students in the Matura department, responsibility for disciplinary and attendance matters, parental contacts, organization of special events, cultural events, instrumental and elective lessons, conducting employee appraisals, classroom observations of the teachers being supervised.

• You have a pedagogical education as well as several years of teaching experience at the Sek II level.
• You have completed school management training or are willing to complete it.
