At the same time, you will ensure a professional store appearance and support the team with daily processes.

Retail Specialist Telecom (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Competent and needs-based advice on smartphones, mobile subscriptions, accessories, and digital services
• Receipt and solution-oriented processing of service and repair inquiries
• Support for customers with technical concerns and the use of digital products
• Active co-creation of a customer-friendly and appealing store experience
• Support with merchandise management, warehouse management, and inventories
• Assumption of various administrative tasks in daily business
• Close cooperation with the store team and support with common sales goals
• Flexible deployment at various locations within the region

Your Profile ###

• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in the telecommunications, electronics, or multimedia environment
• Enthusiasm for smartphones, digital technologies, and current trends
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong sales and advisory skills
• Communicative, friendly, and confident personality
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Readiness and flexibility for deployments at different locations
