Senior Scrum Master (m/w/d)

As an experienced Scrum Master, you are the driver for the agile process and ensure that your teams understand and successfully implement Scrum principles and practices. Your focus is not only on agility, but also on connectivity - you help integrate agile approaches precisely into existing structures. You moderate Scrum events sovereignly and ensure a smooth process of Daily Stand-ups, Sprint planning, Reviews up to Retrospectives. With empathy, appreciative attitude and a fine sense of people, you support your team in overcoming obstacles effectively and continuously developing the agile process. You help the Product Owner to maintain the Product Backlogs, prioritize tasks and promote the team in its self-organization and continuous improvement. As an agile coach, you strengthen communication and collaboration within the team and create a culture of trust, openness and mutual respect. Leadership and support of agile teams through the Scrum process. Promotion of cooperation, self-organization and continuous improvement. Adaptation of agile methods to the specific needs of the team and stakeholders, with a particular focus on connectivity. Ensuring a clear focus on value and benefits for all parties involved. Min. 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Proven successes in leading teams with different strengths and challenges. Successfully completed PSM I certification.
