HF Diploma Nurse OR Vocational Trainer for HF students in care 40-60%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of learning support within the units
• Contact person for our HF students
• Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach
• Management of the care process as well as conducting case meetings
• Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care
• Taking charge of daily responsibility and coordination of the day team
• Taking charge of tasks as a thematic manager of an assigned special subject with professional authority

Your profile

• A warm and humorous attitude
• Completed training as an HF diploma nurse
• Completed vocational trainer training
• Completed SVEB 1 continuing education
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• Confident communication in German, both oral and written
