Project Manager Ventilation – from expertise to project responsibility

The Position

• You develop ventilation concepts, plan systems, prepare tenders, and accompany your projects until commissioning and acceptance
• Depending on experience, you take over sub-areas or lead your own projects and control quality, deadlines, and costs
• You design ventilation systems, dimension them, assess technical variants, and develop suitable solutions with Nova and other planning tools
• You coordinate directly and bindingly with clients, architects, specialist planners of other trades, and executing companies, recognizing additional needs and contributing suitable additional services
• Depending on experience, you support and coach apprentices in their professional development or prospectively grow into this task

Your Profile

• You have a technical basic education in building services technology, for example as a building services technician, or have a manual background with appropriate further training in building services technology planning
• You have already gained experience in ventilation planning or want to develop specifically in this specialist area
• Further training as a Techniker:in HF/TS, a specialist further training, or a Bachelor/Master degree in building services technology supports your path, but is not mandatory
• Today you work as a planner, sub-project manager, or project manager and want to take on more responsibility for technical solutions and projects in the future
• You enjoy working independently, take on responsibility on your own, and communicate reliably and professionally with customers even in demanding project situations
