• You are also on the front line yourself and look after our customers.
• You represent our professional appearance externally towards our customers, but also towards potential future employees.
• In your role, you always look outside the box and think about future perspectives and opportunities for your agency.

• First and foremost: It is noticeable that you enjoy working with people - you approach topics openly and your positive manner is infectious.
• You are a motivated and winning personality with a strong sales and goal orientation and, ideally, possess a higher education in business administration or in the insurance industry.
• You already bring experience in employee leadership in sales. You are good at responding to your counterpart, are interested in the needs of your team and can bring about common solutions.
• You have a solution-oriented attitude and, thanks to your high resilience, can deal with unexpected situations and phases of high pressure.
• Thanks to your stylish and audience-appropriate communication in German, exchange at different levels is easy for you.
