We accompany people with disabilities with heart, humor and professionalism. We promote, support, care for and nurture. To this end, we offer 148 residential places in different forms of living as well as around 180 jobs. Additionally, around 90 places are available in the day care center. Our residential groups with different focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten. For our "small group" for people with perceptual disabilities at the Kloten site, we are looking for support from October 1, 2026 or by agreement. CARE PERSONNEL FOR OUR "SMALL GROUP" 50% ## SozPäd HF/FH or specialist in care (W/M/D) Your area of responsibility ## • In an interdisciplinary team, you will care for, accompany and care for the residents with a perceptual disability in a resource-oriented manner • The care requires primarily pedagogical skill, but also involves nursing aspects • You support the residents in implementing individualized, rhythmized and structured processes • Through your experience, you help to strengthen and promote the self-efficacy and participation of the residents • You actively support the development of the residential group and the team by bringing in your specialist expertise and ideas • You work closely with relatives, therapists and other specialists to ensure holistic care What you bring ## • You have completed training or have professional experience in the social sector • You easily find access to people on the spectrum • Your empathetic and respectful nature allows you to build a trusting relationship with the residents • Self-determination and mutual respect are guiding values for you • You want to bring in your experience and competencies and are willing to learn new things and develop further with the team • You are resilient, flexible, humorous and quickly find your way in new situations • Irregular working hours and weekend shifts are a matter of course for you (no night shifts) • Ideally, you are in possession of a driver's license We offer you • an experienced, stable and interdisciplinary team that supports each other • room for personal responsibility and ideas • openness to your professional and personal competencies • good employment conditions with various benefits such as paid regeneration leave, additional free days (bridge days) and diverse further training opportunities.
