You like things to be ready on time, that the material is in the right place and that the teams can work efficiently? Join us! We are looking for a Store & Locksmith Workshop Manager to ensure the management of our stock, the preparation of material intended for our teams and various locksmithing works. Your mission ## A true interface between suppliers, project managers, maintenance and technical teams, you are the guarantor of the availability of material and the good organization of the store. On a daily basis, you will notably be required to: • Place orders with our suppliers based on requests transmitted by the installation and maintenance services. • Receive goods and control their conformity, quality and dimensions. • Store and organize products in the designated locations. • Gather and prepare the material necessary for interventions and installations, within the specified deadlines. • Anticipate needs so that technicians have all the necessary material the day before their interventions. • Manage stock levels and ensure their availability according to delivery times. • Coordinate requests from project managers and the maintenance service according to stock availability. • Prepare various locksmithing supports: cutting of metal elements, assembly by welding and painting. • Perform simple machining work: turning and milling of metal parts from plans. • Manage the allocation of tools and work clothing. • Ensure the management of the petrol pump as well as certain needs related to the Epalinges building: heating oil, maintenance, skips, etc. • Ensure the administrative follow-up of operations in our ERP Navision. Your profile ## We are primarily looking for a reliable, structured person capable of taking on responsibilities. You are: • Holder of a CFC in locksmithing, ideally supplemented by experience in warehousing/logistics. • Benefiting from 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field. • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with different services. • Capable of asserting yourself with diplomacy, ensuring priorities are respected and coordinating requests. • Rigorous, dynamic and organized. • Endowed with a good sense of initiative and solution-oriented. • Comfortable with IT tools, notably the ERP Navision. • You appreciate teamwork and like to be an essential link in the smooth running of the company.
