Quality Inspector

For a renowned customer in the Embrach region we are looking for a: Quality Inspector 100% • Qualitative and quantitative inspection of incoming materials using mechanical, electrical and optical measuring tools as well as the associated documents. • Performance of initial sample inspection including initial sample report (ZP) and PPAP • Writing quality reports to document any deviations in deliveries. • Participation in any meetings to support the exchange of information in the plants. • Special measurement orders such as for R&D or QA • Maintenance of IQC measuring and auxiliary tools. • Modification or creation of inspection plans. This can only occur according to specifications from R&D or TC. Qualifications • Completed technical vocational training, e.g. polymechanic, industrial mechanic, or comparable training (reading technical drawings urgently required) • The training must include knowledge of manufacturing processes (casting, turning, etc.), measurement processes and quality inspection. This could also have been learned through additional qualification • Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form • Willingness to acquire necessary qualifications and permanent further qualification • Good eyesight (also with visual aids) • Good MS Office skills • Qualifications in the field of quality management / quality assurance or inspections on components are an advantage • Confident handling of SAP is an advantage • A clean criminal record extract Are you ready for the next step in your career?
