We combine all the necessary competencies under one roof, from maintenance personnel to engineering. We operate and maintain a plant park with more than 40 hydroelectric power plants. Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the hydroelectric power available in Switzerland (25% with pumping stations). Together, the plants we operate produce about 16% of the hydroelectric power in Switzerland. Thanks to our unique expertise, we offer our customers high-value services that meet their diverse needs and high quality standards. Our range of services is aimed at electricity companies, public institutions, transport companies, and industry. We are mainly active in Switzerland but also carry out occasional missions abroad. Civil Engineer Workplace: Sitten with deployments in the Upper Valais Your mission: You will be responsible for carrying out studies and projects in the field of civil engineering for the operation and maintenance of hydroelectric power plants, including the sites in the Upper Valais. Your tasks: • Development and implementation of maintenance and renewal projects for hydroelectric power plants • Participation in all project phases, from feasibility studies to completion and commissioning • Participation in various engineering projects with multidisciplinary skills • Ensuring technical support for the various production sites • Creation of technical and financial offers for our customers Your competencies: • Civil Engineer ETH or FH • Professional experience in the field of construction or maintenance of plants • Knowledge of underground structures or hydraulics is an advantage • Experience in project management • Networked thinking, organizational talent, and foresight • Ability to work both in a team and independently • Native language German or French with very good knowledge of the other language We are one of the leading companies in our field and offer you excellent employment conditions, further training opportunities, and a motivating work climate.
