For our still young, growing Transaction Advisory team, we are looking for an interested and open personality, by arrangement, as Junior Manager Transaction Advisory (m/f/d), Opfikon, 80-100% What you will do: You actively participate in real estate transactions and accompany the entire process: from the initial market and object analysis through the preparation of relevant documents to operational support in the closing You carry out initial profitability calculations independently and support the creation of yield, residual value and DCF models You keep an eye on market trends: By processing research results, you support your team in building and maintaining a network of brokers, owners and other market participants You participate in the development of target group-oriented marketing strategies and create high-quality presentations, exposés and investment analyses You manage internal and external stakeholders effortlessly. You prepare meetings and ensure that all relevant information is available in a structured and timely manner.
