Within our CORE Recruitment Suisse Romande department based in Morges, specialized in recruiting large volumes for our major client accounts, we are looking for a: Recruiter (h/f/d) 100% Your missions: In close collaboration with the different consultants from our Geneva-Vaud-Fribourg-Neuchâtel-Valais agencies, you qualify *blue-collar* profiles and make an important contribution to the success of recruiting vacant positions in the industrial and logistics fields. You have at your disposal the corresponding talents to meet the recurring needs of our clients thanks to effective daily sourcing and pooling. Your daily tasks will be: - Exploiting social networks, jobboards and our internal Cvthèque - Posting ads, mass sourcing and hiring interviews - Constituting files and sending applications to consultants - Sending necessary information for mission deployment to our CORE Administrative department. Your profile: To succeed in this position, - you ideally have a basic commercial training in a service company and you have followed the training of Assistant in personnel management (an asset). - you ideally already have some professional experience in personnel recruitment. - You speak perfect French. English is an asset. - You distinguish yourself by your relational skills, your excellent team spirit and your desire to learn.
