Do you want to actively drive projects forward and help shape the future of a pharmaceutical production? At Medifilm AG in Oensingen, you will support the optimization of processes, accompany technical and organizational changes, and gradually take on more responsibility in exciting operations projects. In doing so, you will work closely with various specialist departments and can experience the impact of your work directly in everyday life.

What you can achieve ##

• You plan and implement smaller projects as well as sub-projects in the area of operations and support their successful implementation.
• You accompany the introduction of new plants, technologies, and workflows and contribute to efficient processes.
• You analyze existing production processes and develop sustainable suggestions for improvement together with the specialist departments.
• You coordinate project tasks between production, debistering, technology, quality management, and external partners.
• You create and maintain project plans, schedule overviews, and action lists, and ensure transparency regarding project progress.
• You support project documentation, change control procedures, as well as the preparation of key figures and decision-making bases for the Head of Operations.

What you bring with you ##

• You have a completed technical, pharmaceutical, or commercial education and ideally further training in project or process management.
• You have already been able to gain initial experience in project work or in a production environment.
• You are interested in technical processes and the continuous improvement of processes.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and maintain an overview even with multiple topics.
• You value cooperation with different specialist departments and communicate in an audience-appropriate manner.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and have good German and English skills for working with international partners; GMP knowledge is an advantage.
