Mandated by one of our clients, a hotel establishment in the plain of central Valais, we are looking for a dynamic profile to occupy the position of: Assistant Executive Housekeeper (M/F) ### Job Description ## In close collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper, you will actively participate in the management and organization of the housekeeping department. Your main responsibilities will be: • Supervise and control the cleaning quality of rooms and public areas • Supervise and support the team of chambermaids/housemen • Participate in the development of schedules and time management • Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures • Manage stocks of linen, cleaning products and equipment • Train new employees • Replace the Housekeeper in her absence Profile sought ## • Hotel training or proven experience in a similar position • Experience in a 4* or 5* establishment is an asset • Keen sense of detail and quality standards • Natural leadership and excellent organizational skills • Good resistance to stress and team spirit • Mastery of French, any other language is an advantage We offer • A permanent position within a recognized establishment • A professional and structured working environment • Attractive conditions according to experience • Support and follow-up from Hotelis throughout the recruitment process Are you interested in this opportunity?
