Our client is an SME that focuses on the development and construction of plants and piping systems for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and energy industries. The plants are manufactured in modern production facilities and installed on-site at the customers.

Job Description ##

You are responsible for the entire operational planning (AVOR, personnel, material, vehicle, and machine scheduling) for the workshops and construction sites throughout Switzerland. With the support of a plant in Czechia, you coordinate the personnel deployment of those drawn-in workers in Switzerland. In these tasks, you are in daily contact with sales, project and assembly managers, and purchasing. In addition, you undertake purchasing activities for certain materials as well as tools and are responsible for the incoming goods inspection. Ideally, you can also perform maintenance and repair tasks on our plants.

• Technical basic training, preferably as a plant and apparatus builder
• Organizational skills
• Experience in scheduling
• Diplomatic negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
• Structured way of working
• Very good IT skills
• You are committed and eager to learn the desired working methods
• Very good German as well as sound English skills
• Czech skills are an advantage
• High quality awareness
• Ambition
• Willingness to work in an SME with a flat hierarchy
