Co-planning/designing the group daily routine
Implementing the pedagogical program with the group leader
Taking over settling-in processes
Guiding interns in consultation with the group leadership
Acting as a substitute for the group in the absence of the group leader
Taking responsibility for communication with the parents
Co-designing/organizing the premises
Participation in events and representing the company to the outside

Completed training as FABE-Kind, or a comparable recognized pedagogical training
