Your tasks

• Quality, environmental protection and occupational safety delegate to management
• Responsible for managing quality, occupational safety, health protection and the environment at the Hasle site and supporting the plant in Goshen, NY (USA) upon request
• Supports the organization in ensuring legal compliance
• Responsible for internal audits as well as client and certification audits
• Responsible for the improvement team
• Reduction of occupational accidents to a minimum (goal: 0 accidents)
• Responsible for defining a harmonized QHSE KPI system across the company as well as its continuous development
• Ensure a global, coherent and transparent view of the relevant QHSE KPIs of the company sites

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree in business management or engineering training
• Training in quality management, process management, occupational safety and environmental management
• Experience in the field of environmental management and sustainable development
• Experience in the evaluation and monitoring of environmental KPIs
• Knowledge in carbon footprint management (CCF)
• Experience in directing and implementing emission reduction projects and environmental performance improvement
• Fluent command of German and English, both spoken and written. Other languages are an asset
• Experience in change management or affinity with this subject
• Workshop facilitation / facilitator skills
• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification desired) and 5S
• Communicative personality, strong customer orientation
• Very good IT skills, particularly Microsoft 365, as well as experience with ERP systems, quality management, document management and reporting/BI systems
• Strong affinity for digitalization, data quality, process automation and the development of IT-assisted QHSE processes
