In view of a retirement, we are looking for a: Technical Buyer (M/F) at 100% Your main tasks Create and monitor purchase orders Establish and monitor requests for information (RFI) and requests for quotation (RFQ) with suppliers Ensure monitoring of deadlines and reminders Negotiate prices, deadlines, and supplier conditions Manage subcontracting operations and all logistical aspects, including transport Follow up on supplier complaints and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions with the SQA Manager Process supplier billing discrepancies and credit notes Participate in the selection of new suppliers Exchange with suppliers on technical aspects Your profile CFC as a commercial employee completed by a technical diploma or technical CFC completed by a purchasing assistant certificate () Minimum 3 years of experience in technical purchasing or industrial procurement Good knowledge of electronic components; technical knowledge is an asset Knowledge of the requirements of an ISO 9001 quality management system Good mastery of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in using an ERP; knowledge of Proalpha is an asset Languages: Very good command of French and English; basic knowledge of German Proactive personality, open to change and motivated to evolve in a dynamic technical environment Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to collaborate in a versatile manner with a good sense of analysis and priorities We offer you A hybrid work model with great flexibility A corporate culture based on trust, integrity, competence and personal responsibility.
