Main mission(s) As a project manager, manage files submitted by the Office des permis de construire Instruct, analyze and process construction projects in order to ensure compliance with regulations regarding tree protection, biodiversity, the development of outdoor spaces and adaptation to climate change. Elaborate and argue the preliminary opinions of the Service des parcs et domaines Ensure the monitoring of construction site execution in order to ensure compliance with plans and the conditions of the permit, as well as legislation and standards regarding the protection of trees, natural environments and protected species. Discussion and negotiations with project holders, administrative follow-up of files at different stages of the procedure Processing of felling cases in connection with building permits and construction projects within the communal territory. Profile Bachelor HES in a field related to nature, the environment or landscape architect, training or professional experience deemed equivalent.
