As part of the development of our psychiatry and addictology department, we are looking for a motivated and benevolent Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. Your mission ## • Ensure follow-up and support for patients suffering from psychiatric disorders and/or addictions at home. • Evaluate needs, develop, and implement individualized care projects. • Promote home maintenance and autonomy for beneficiaries. • Work closely with doctors, families, and different partners in the care and medico-social network. • Participate in prevention, therapeutic education, and health promotion. • Guarantee comprehensive, humane, and secure patient care. Your profile ## • HES nursing diploma or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. • CAS in psychiatry, a real asset • Training or confirmed experience in psychiatry and/or addictology. • Experience in home care, an asset. • Excellent relational, listening, and adaptation skills. • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit. • Driving license essential.
