Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Act as the reference person for approximately 2000 Windows systems, coordinate operational tasks across the organization, and act as an escalation point in case of complex disturbances • Develop automated workflows to deploy servers and ensure configuration management (laC), aiming for the systematic elimination of manual interventions • Design and implement high-availability Windows server infrastructures, evolving management systems in step with technological advancements • Implement, as a security reference, system hardening measures in the Windows environment based on Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks, ensuring compliance throughout the environment • Integrate application programming interfaces (API) aimed at standardizing value creation processes and making operations more efficient <br /> What makes you unique • CFC in IT, ideally supplemented by a federal diploma or a higher technical college degree • Several years of experience with the Windows On-Prem ecosystem and the operation of large server platforms, in-depth knowledge of automation with PowerShell and orchestration with Ansible • Mastery of security topics such as system hardening and CIS compliance • Proficiency in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) • Talent for coordination, strong communication skills • Good knowledge of two official languages and knowledge of English for technical exchanges <br /> In a few words Within our team, you will be able to play the role of conductor of a very complex Windows server environment and, by implementing intelligent automation and modern engineering, sustainably take operations to a higher level.
