For our customer in Hölstein, we are looking for two immediately:

CNC Turner (m/f/d) 100 %

What awaits you:

• Independent setup and operation of CNC short-turning machines of the brands Nakamura and Okuma
• Carrying out tool changes as well as adjusting CNC programs and tool offsets
• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth CNC manufacturing process
• Precise quality control and dimensional inspection of the manufactured workpieces with common measuring tools according to the inspection plan
• Independent troubleshooting of minor machine malfunctions as well as carrying out simple maintenance work
• Careful documentation of measurement results and compliance with quality specifications
• Collaboration in CNC production in shift operation

What distinguishes you:

• Completed training as a Polymechaniker/in, CNC miller/in, Zerspanungsmechaniker/in or a comparable technical qualification
• Sound experience in setting up and operating CNC short-turning machines, especially Nakamura and Okuma, is mandatory
• Good knowledge in handling measuring tools, quality controls, and inspection plans
• Strong technical understanding and a high awareness of quality
• Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of collaboration
• Readiness for shift work
