Architect 80-100% (m/f/d)

We are a Zurich architecture firm with around 15 employees, focusing on residential construction, new construction, renovations, and interior design. We accompany our projects from the first idea to completion - with empathy, care, and a clear eye for place, scale, and quality. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality with design passion and solid manual skills.   You will take on responsibility - from tender and execution planning to construction management. You will work directly with the management, communicate independently with clients, planners, and authorities, and work on projects with real creative freedom. Furthermore, you will gain insights into cost planning, project economics, and project development. • Independent project processing with direct contact with the management • Upon request, taking over construction management with experienced support • Insight into cost planning, project economics, and project development • Office in a central location between Paradeplatz and Stauffacher • A collegial team with high professional standards • Workload 80-100% • Completed architecture studies (ETH, FH, UNI) • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience • Sound knowledge in construction and execution planning • Experience in communication with clients, planners, and authorities • Confident use of ArchiCAD • Openness to new ways of working and digital tools - incl. AI-supported applications • Strong design skills and a critical eye for architecture and space • Independent, responsible, and conscientious way of working • Very good German skills in speaking and writing Could you imagine becoming part of our team?
