For Raiffeisenbank Bündner Rheintal, a successful and locally oriented bank with branches in Chur, Domat/Ems, Landquart, Bonaduz, Zizers, Trimmis and Untervaz, you work as a customer advisor. Share What can you expect? ## You are responsible for a team-attended customer portfolio and promote potential recognition and new customer acquisition through targeted sales activities. In your role as host/hostess of the bank, you warmly welcome our customers and advise them competently as the first point of contact on our basic services and, if applicable, on suitable investment solutions. As a media-competent coach, you support them in using our digital offers securely and independently. Through your holistic needs analysis, you identify customer needs at an early stage and specifically mediate in the areas of investments, financing and corporate customers. Additionally, you actively contribute to sales measures and thus make an important contribution to our joint success. What do you bring? ## Ideally, you bring a commercial bank apprenticeship or equivalent training. You already have several years of experience in an advisory role, preferably in a bank. Furthermore, you are characterized by teamwork and flexibility. With your friendly, well-groomed, confident and empathetic nature, you enjoy taking on the host role and maintaining direct contact with customers.
