The outpatient clinics department in the Clinical Operations area ensures that everything from scheduling to reporting is smoothly organized in our medical specialties. Work takes place from Monday to Friday within regular daytime working hours. Your future area of responsibility includes the organization and implementation of high-quality surgical outpatient clinics. In the surgery team, the secretariats of visceral surgery and the obesity outpatient clinic are united. As part of this team, you have the opportunity to work in an exciting and varied area. Your tasks ### • Ensuring a smooth flow of outpatient clinics as well as assisting in other specialist areas • Assistance in the outpatient clinics • Scheduling of outpatient, treatment, and diagnostic appointments • Preparation and post-preparation of the outpatient clinic rooms • Writing from dictation, correcting and sending medical reports, as well as independently processing and setting up workflows • Coordination of internal and external inquiries from patients as well as referrers via email and telephone (reports, prescriptions, appointments) • Conscientious maintenance of electronic patient files (KISIM/Business Central) Your profile ### • A completed vocational training as MPA, Fachfrau Gesundheit/Fachmann Gesundheit or Pflegefachperson HF • A high affinity for handling medical technology devices and PC • Forward-looking organizational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-oriented and highly patient- and service-oriented personality • With your stylish German and sound terminology knowledge, you reflect our professionalism when writing from dictation, as well as in the processing of all correspondence • You are a reliable, team-oriented, solution-oriented and highly patient- and service-oriented personality with organizational talent and joy in your profession • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork.
