We are a small strong team, all of whom are characterized by a high identification with the Grundhof and a passion for working in social fields. We offer an open and appreciative working atmosphere, maintain an informal and heartfelt culture of interaction, because sometimes it can be quite challenging - but in return, it is never boring. The position includes key person work, evening and night shifts, Sunday evening, weekend on-call duty, camp assignments as well as participation in the many events that we conduct.
