This is what you can achieve * Optimal occupancy and utilization of all event rooms * Processing inquiries for the Meeting & Events (MICE) area: advising seminar and banquet organizers, active sale of event services at and on Pilatus * Creating offers and confirmations as well as the procedures for booked seminars & banquets * Exchange of information with all involved hotels & gastronomy departments as well as railways * Guest care: greeting, looking after and saying goodbye to regional and international guests * Invoicing for the seminar & banquet area * Taking on duty service incl. overnight stays on the mountain / occasional weekend and late shifts during events * Part of the management team What distinguishes you * Completed hotel management school or vocational school in the field of hotels & gastronomy with professional experience * Proficient application of MS Office and common hotel software (Protel is an advantage) * Excellent German and English skills, French or other languages an advantage * Warm, communicative and service-oriented personality * Rapid comprehension as well as organizational talent and networked thinking * Teamwork skills, resilience, flexibility What you can look forward to * Employee profit sharing - your success is our success!
