Head of Security, Health and Environment-Sustainability (M/F)

To strengthen our "Security, Health and Environment-Sustainability" team in Villars-sur-Glâne, and to take over from the current Head who will retire at the end of May 2027, we are looking for a Head of Security, Health and Environment-Sustainability (M/F) WHAT YOU WILL DO : #### • Ensure the coordination and integration of occupational safety, health protection and environment - sustainability on all company sites, including fire protection and safety • Manage a team of specialists directly and/or functionally • Improve the company's occupational safety and health policy, environment and sustainability, and ensure its implementation and application on all sites • Improve concepts and management systems with current standards (MSST guidelines, ISO 14001, fire protection, safety in collaboration with quality) • Advise, train and support management, supervisors and employees in implementing objectives in the field • Manage projects directly related to the field • Organize and supervise emergency management: fire, environment, personal accidents and safety WHAT YOU BRING : #### • Engineer's degree or equivalent title in a technical field, ideally complemented by safety officer training - STPS specialist or CFST/STPS safety engineer or willing to train later if necessary • Confirmed experience of at least 5 to 7 years in a similar function in an industrial company (in the food industry, an asset), with team management • Training and/or in-depth knowledge of safety and fire protection. Knowledge of chemicals, an asset • Experience in crisis and emergency management and in leading groups and training sessions • Oral and written mastery of French (C1) with ideal knowledge of German.
