We are looking for our client, immediately or by arrangement, for an

Operations Employee (4-shift system) in the pharmaceutical industry

• Operation and monitoring of systems in a 4-shift system
• Execution of quality and process controls
• Documentation of manufacturing processes according to GMP requirements
• Troubleshooting, problem identification
• Supporting tasks in production as required

Your profile:

• Practical experience in production, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system (early/late/night/weekend shifts)
• Basic knowledge of HACCP standards is an advantage
• Careful, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• German language skills, spoken and written
