Project Manager Real Estate Development (80-100%)

For the further development of the Metalli living space in the heart of Zug, we are expanding our development team and offering a committed, entrepreneurial-minded individual the opportunity to take on a central role in real estate development.

In this function, you are responsible for the development of demanding projects within our real estate portfolio with a focus on urban planning and architectural quality, sustainability, and innovation, and you will actively help shape the future of one of the most defining urban spaces in Zug.

Your main tasks include:

• Analyses & development potentials: To enable sound decision-making, you carry out market, location, and potential analyses and specifically identify new development opportunities.
• Competitions & study procedures: You are responsible for the preparation, organization, and implementation of project competitions as well as study assignments, thereby ensuring quality assurance and the further development of the projects.
• Project development: You are responsible for the development of demanding center and area developments with a focus on residential, commercial, and retail. In doing so, you conceive and realize future-proof mixed-use concepts with the goal of creating lively and attractive urban spaces.
• Project responsibility & quality assurance: In your role, you take responsibility for real estate projects from strategic conception and project idea to the building application. In doing so, you ensure high urban planning, architectural, and design quality across all project phases and bear responsibility for the integral management of costs, schedules, and quality.
• Stakeholder management & coordination: In close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders – in particular planners, authorities, and tenants – you manage and coordinate all project participants in a targeted and efficient manner.
• Sustainability & innovation: A central component of your activity is the consistent integration of sustainability and innovation in all project phases to ensure future-proof and value-retaining real estate solutions.

You bring the following requirements:

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or real estate management
• Several years of experience in the development of complex real estate projects
• Experience in professional handling of internal and external stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction law, SIA standards, and real estate valuation
• Confidence in the integral management of costs, schedules, and quality
• Strong personal responsibility as well as a high degree of reliability
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills in dealing with different stakeholder groups
• Structured, forward-looking, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong team orientation as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others
• High willingness to drive innovations and actively shape changes
• Willingness for continuous further education (e.g., leadership, project management, real estate)
