We are looking for, for one of our clients, a general medicine practice located in the canton of Neuchâtel, a medical secretary (M/F) at 50 %. The position is organized in half-days, with a possibility of evolution of the activity rate depending on the volume and needs of the practice. It is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the physical and telephone reception of patients. • You will manage and optimize the practice agenda. • You will process medical mail and documents. • You will ensure the administrative management of patient files. • You will perform routine back-office tasks. • You will ensure coordination with the doctor and the medical assistant. Your profile: • You hold a medical secretary training or a training deemed equivalent. • Mastery of the Mediway software is indispensable. • A first experience within a medical practice constitutes an asset. • You are organized, rigorous, and autonomous. • You have an excellent sense of welcome and are comfortable in human contact. • You master common IT tools. & bsp; Your conditions: You join a structure offering quality conditions, a team spirit, and staff stability.
