Specialist Building Inspection 100%

Your tasks:

• Carrying out building inspections (profile inspection, shell inspection, final inspection)
• Writing interim and final reports
• Assisting in the acceptance of property drainage systems
• Management of the drainage inventory
• Contact person for public land use
• Competent consultations at the counter and by telephone

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in the construction sector and, if possible, higher vocational training
• Good specialist and practical knowledge of construction legislation
• Proficiency in written and oral expression in the official language
• PC user skills and experienced use of the digital platforms of the Confederation, Canton, and associations
• Able to work in a team, reliable, and flexible
• Flair for organizational tasks
• Independent and goal- or procedure-oriented
• Exact and independent way of working
• Enjoyment of contact with authorities, construction enthusiasts, planners, and clients
