You advise and support our executives and employees competently and in a solution-oriented manner, and you actively bring your HR expertise into strategic and operational issues. Thanks to your independent working style, you recognize optimization potential at an early stage and contribute to the continuous development of our HR processes. At the same time, you support our CEO in selected administrative and organizational tasks, making an important contribution to the success of our association. Your profile: Completed commercial training Further education in the HR field, at least at the level of HR specialist certificate Several years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner Distinct consulting, communication and social skills Independent, networked and solution-oriented working style Strategically thinking, structured and implementation-strong personality with high self-responsibility You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and keep an overview even with changing priorities. At the same time, you work efficiently, reliably and with high quality, even with recurring administrative tasks.
