The employer is looking for a:

Pizzaiolo - assistant cook (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation and cleaning of the workstation (counter, oven and kitchen)
• preparation of the dough and monitoring of the leavening (creation of dough balls), cleaning, cutting and preparation of ingredients
• creation of pizzas and baking

In the kitchen: support in the preparation of simple dishes, preparation of ingredients, management and maintenance of equipment, replenishment and stock control, replacement of the cook in case of necessity

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• cordial person
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• owning a car

Employment details:

• place of work Barbengo
• employment from 30 to 40%
• employment by agreement, permanent
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
