Join our team of over 300 collaborators and become our: What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating: You lead and support the collaborators of the LPP active insurance team (15 collaborators) You participate in operational management (professional treatment and customer orientation) You guarantee the quality of work through good organization You support the Manager in their activities and are a part of company projects related to your service You participate in projects and initiatives to improve the team's work processes (specifications, tests) What you bring to HOTELA: You have a management education - The Federal Certificate in social insurance is an asset You have experience in leading a team of managers and possess very good practical skills in management With French as your native language, you have excellent knowledge of German or vice versa You are a flexible, available person and possess a developed sense of human relationships Thanks to your leadership, you know how to manage and motivate your team. Your sense of organization and analytical ability guarantee the quality of your team's work Good mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment, including collaborative work via Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
