Missions The responsibilities: Advise clients on real estate law issues (administrative, land law and construction law, lease). Draft, analyze and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions. Participate in acquisition, sale and financing operations of real estate assets. Ensure the legal follow-up of real estate projects and coordinate the various stakeholders. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions as well as procedural documents. Candidate Profile Your profile: Holder of the Swiss lawyer's patent with a minimum of 2 years PQE in real estate law within a law firm in Genève. Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory). Strong analytical, drafting and management skills for complex files.
