• 24 August 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Possible • Général-Guisan 8, 1800 Vevey To strengthen our Youth Service (insured persons under 25 years old), we are recruiting: ANDIAMO Advisor at 80%-100% Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Salary class: 8 (Salary scale) Your mission Your role consists of taking charge of young beneficiaries up to 25 years old suffering from health issues, with the aim of promoting their professional autonomy by defining rehabilitation strategies and ensuring their implementation. In this context, you are responsible for: identifying and developing a suitable vocational training project, taking into account the applicable legal framework and the health status of our beneficiaries; collaborating with all providers active in integration as well as with employers in the French-speaking economic fabric; managing the administration related to the activity and writing complex reports and interview notes; participating in networks related to the care of a young population (schools, providers, DGEJ, DGEO, DGEP, doctors, etc.). Your profile You benefit from proven experience in the field of professional reintegration and a higher or university education (e.g., psychology, neuropsychology). You possess good knowledge of the labor market and vocational training sectors. Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills and an analytical mind, you are solution-oriented, creative, and pragmatic. You stand out through your ability to build trust, through your active listening, and through your sense of organization. A driver's license is required. Priority will be given to people in possession of a CAS Autism or those bilingual in German-French.
