HR Advisor (m/f/d) Workload: 80% - 100% Work location: Fällanden Department: HR Contract start: Immediately or by arrangement To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed and structured individual as an HR Advisor (m/f/d) for a fixed-term maternity cover from approx. August 2026 to the end of April 2027. In this versatile role, you will take on a central role in operational HR administration and support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Tasks: Independent handling of HR administration in the assigned support area throughout the entire employee lifecycle (entry, mutation, absences, exit) Maintenance, administration, and quality assurance of personnel data as well as HR master data in the HR systems SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM First point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative HR questions Support with monthly payroll processing in close cooperation with Payroll Ensuring the correct, complete, and timely transmission of HR and payroll data to social insurance providers, daily sickness insurance, pension funds, as well as to authorities and external agencies Participation in internal and external audits in the area of HR administration as well as ensuring traceable documentation Participation in HR projects with a focus on the further development, optimization, and digitalization of administrative HR processes Creation and maintenance of HR-relevant documents, documentation, and administrative processes Organization and coordination of local HR events and internal initiatives such as Future Day as well as employee activities (e.g., Christmas, Easter, etc.) Taking over cross-departmental special tasks and supporting the HR team in operational and administrative topics. Qualifications: Commercial basic training with further training in the HR field (e.g., HR Assistant or HR Specialist certificate) Several years of experience in HR administration and enjoyment in providing competent support to employees and managers Very good German skills (min. C1 level) as well as good English skills (min.
