Seniority Level Employee Job Category Industry & Production Percentage 100 % Job Type Permanent - Full-time Reference No. LVI-IP-F-55270 Description ### For our customer, an innovative and rapidly growing manufacturer in precision manufacturing and medical technology, we are looking for an experienced   Polymechanic CNC Programming (m/f/d) ###   Your Tasks ### • Responsibility for the efficient manufacturing of demanding precision parts • Programming, setup and optimization of modern turning-milling machining centers • Independent machining of complex workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications • Manufacturing of small series with high quality requirements • Continuous optimization of CNC programs as well as manufacturing and machining processes • Execution and documentation of quality inspections according to the inspection plan • Ensuring process stability, repeatability and part quality • Collaboration in the improvement and further development of manufacturing processes • Execution of preventive maintenance work and ensuring the technical operational readiness of the systems • Support in optimization projects, the industrialization of new products as well as in the commissioning of new machines Your Profile ### • Completed training as a Polymechanic or comparable technical basic training • Several years of experience on complex turning-milling machining centers, ideally in the 5-axis range • Sound experience in CNC programming, preferably with TopSolid • Several years of experience in the manufacture of precision parts • Strong quality awareness and high accuracy in the way of working • Structured, independent and solution-oriented personality • Interest in process optimizations and new manufacturing technologies • Team-oriented, reliable and responsible way of working • Very good German skills in spoken and written • English skills are an advantage We Offer ### • Demanding and varied activity with high personal responsibility • State-of-the-art machine park and technologically advanced working environment • A well-coordinated and competent team with an open corporate culture • Short decision-making paths and flexible working hours • Continuous investments in modern technologies and processes • Active support for professional and personal development • Long-term perspectives in a future-oriented medical technology industry Are you ready for a new challenge?
