As part of a long-term temporary mission, we are looking for one of our clients, a watch manufacture based in the Canton of Genève, a Watchmaker (m/f) Your mission: Carrying out the assembly of simple movements in sequential mounting, ensuring an optimal level of quality while respecting the assembly, lubrication, and control processes: • Neatly assemble movements following the production processes as well as the assembly and control instructions put in place. • Perform lubrication operations with precision using industrial or manual processes. • Perform various adjustments, endshakes, and oiling independently. • Adjust and fine-tune the functions and endshakes of the escapement independently. • Perform the adjustment, endshakes, oiling, flattening, and centering of the hairspring, the balancing of the balance wheel, and average time adjustment of movements with a flat hairspring balance. • Ensure the aesthetic, technical, and functional control of each assembled part of the movement in order to deliver a product meeting the company's specifications and criteria. Required technical skills: • Mastery of greasing, oiling, and endshakes. • Knowledge of the different parts of the movement to be assembled. • Good visual acuity and manual dexterity. Your profile: • CFC in Watchmaking (or equivalent). • Team spirit. • Rigor and precision.
