What you achieve ## • * Responsibility for the substantive, structural, and economic design of the liability products • Further development, maintenance, and management of the liability products taking into account market, risk, and claims developments • Coordination and alignment with Underwriting, Claims, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to ensure consistent insurance solutions • Planning and implementation of product launches; definition of guidelines; training of stakeholder groups (incl. tools, documentation) • Analysis of market trends, legal developments, and risk drivers to derive product adjustments • Participation in portfolio analyses to derive adjustments and optimizations. What you bring ## • * Higher technical insurance training • Several years of experience in Underwriting in a leading specialist role; deep understanding of commercial and professional liability • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Experience in product development projects as well as in digitalization topics • High understanding of product governance, regulatory requirements, and legal issues
