To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as: Clerk Sales International (m/f/d), 100 % Your field of activity Support of international customers: Responsibility for the comprehensive support of foreign customers in close cooperation with colleagues, in both technical and commercial matters Telephone acquisition and customer consulting: Proactive telephone acquisition of orders with a clear focus on tailored customer consulting and the development of individual, optimal solutions for the needs of the customers Consulting for special requirements: Supporting customers in the search for special items as well as the development of individual solutions that are exactly tailored to their requirements Creation and follow-up of offers: Preparation of detailed offers and their systematic follow-up to ensure successful contract award and long-term customer loyalty Your profile Commercial basic training with strong technical understanding or technical basic training with commercial further education In order to communicate optimally within the team as well as with our international customers, you have very good German and English skills (mandatory), other language skills (Spanish) are desired You already have several years of experience in sales back office in an international environment Your customer- and solution-oriented way of thinking, as well as your communicative and team-oriented nature, can be used with us daily You have networked thinking, combined with a reliable and structured way of working You have confident use of MS-Office programs and SAP knowledge is an advantage Are you interested?
