Your Mission

Together with our team, you will develop the next generation of component and system solutions for timber and hybrid construction.

In doing so, you combine engineering, construction, economy, and practical feasibility.

You accompany new solutions from the first idea through calculation and construction to application in real construction projects – and continuously develop the solutions based on experience.

Your Tasks

• Development and further development of system solutions in wood and steel.
• Development of economical structural concepts for timber and timber-steel hybrid construction
• Technical conception, dimensioning, and optimization of our solutions
• Development of intelligent connections between wood, steel, and concrete
• Integration of our systems and solutions into concrete construction and structural concepts
• Preparation of constructive details as well as structural and technical proofs
• Optimization of solutions regarding material use, manufacturing costs, prefabrication, transport, and assembly
• Development of standards and recurring constructive solutions
• Consideration of disassemblability, reusability, and circularity
• Leading pilot and reference projects from planning to realization
• Technical consulting for architects, engineers, timber construction companies, general contractors, and clients
• Support of sales in the development of technically and economically convincing project solutions
• Close cooperation with development, production, steel construction, sales, as well as external specialist planners and partners

Your Profile

• Basic training as a carpenter, joiner, or in a comparable technical profession
• Degree as a Timber Construction Engineer BSc/FH or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in constructive timber construction and structural planning
• Good knowledge of cadwork
• Good knowledge of Dlubal RSTAB/RFEM
• Understanding of the interaction between wood, steel, and concrete
• Experience with constructive details, connections, and connection technology
• Strong understanding of economical and producible constructions
• Interest in standardization, prefabrication, and industrial construction processes
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and pleasure in taking on responsibility
• Curiosity, joy in innovation, and the ambition to continuously make existing solutions better
