Are you enthusiastic about electronics, enjoy technical challenges, and want to actively help shape manufacturing processes? In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for our production facilities and contribute your expertise to the continuous optimization of our processes.

Your tasks in detail:

• Responsibility for the production machines as well as ensuring smooth operation
• Taking over process responsibility in the field of electronics manufacturing
• Continuous analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes
• Analysis of technical malfunctions as well as development and implementation of suitable solutions
• Evaluation of new production facilities, technologies, and manufacturing processes
• Coordination and supervision of repair orders as well as independent execution of machine repairs
• Support in production and testing planning
• Active participation in the automation and further development of existing production processes

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed vocational training as an Elektroniker EFZ or a comparable technical training
• Sound practical experience in the field of electronics and electronics manufacturing
• Very good knowledge of electrical measurement technology as well as in reading and interpreting electrical circuit diagrams
• Good knowledge of electronic components and their application
• Very good MS-Office skills as well as experience in using SAP
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• High readiness for change as well as enjoyment of new technical challenges and continuous improvements
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working with strong commitment, sense of responsibility, and cross-departmental thinking
