To complete our team in Renens, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager - Waterproofing sector at 100% (M/F). PILOT: Ensure the realization of construction sites in accordance with the rules of the art, deadlines, and safety standards. Manage the administrative and financial aspects of construction sites. Represent the company during site meetings. MANAGER: Supervise and support operational teams. Define objectives and ensure respect for deadlines. Ensure the quality of execution of services. Foster team spirit. DEVELOP: Develop and maintain high-quality professional relationships with clients, partners, and various stakeholders. Listen to customer needs, advise, and support them. Ensure proactive communication with all parties. Participate in the development and pricing of complementary offers. Training as a site manager, engineer (HES/EPF), or equivalent. Confirmed experience in site management. Knowledge of bituminous and synthetic waterproofing. Ability to manage several construction sites of different sizes simultaneously.
