Management of orders for specific components required by the department. Management of samples for quality assurance and organization of tastings. Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators for the department. Supervision of cooking, including recordings, analyses and necessary adjustments. Contribution to the development and introduction of new products. Development and updating of technical sheets for various installations. Control of programs and technical parameters of installations. Participation in technical projects and implementation of new installations. Organization and supervision of interventions by external fitters. What you bring Education: Higher school Specialization: ES technician in food industry. Professional experience: Professional experience Experience in a similar position. Autonomous, rigorous and precise person. Analytical mind and good sense of organization. Sense of communication and priorities. Good mastery of computer tools (MS Office and SAP).
