At the Counseling Unit of the Personnel Office of the Canton of Bern, you advise people in conflict-ridden work situations, thereby making an important contribution to a respectful working climate, constructive cooperation, and a healthy organization. At the same time, you contribute your knowledge and experience to selected topics in Occupational Health Management.
