Pflegefachfrau/Fachmann HF/FH im Nachtdienst Life happens here - even at night!   This is what you will do: Together with your night shift colleagues, you are responsible for the individual and professional care and support of 153 residents. You take on the night responsibility for a residential group and participate supportively in the other departments. In doing so, you commit yourself with enthusiasm and heart to supporting people in different stages of life. In emergency situations, you initiate appropriate interventions and are the contact person for doctors, hospitals, as well as relatives. You design the nursing process professionally and take responsibility for situation-related and professionally competent care and support.
