Micromécanicien CFC / Operator on automated machines 100% Genève (m/f/d) Your missions Within the production workshop, your main responsibilities will be to: Guarantee production in accordance with quality, quantity, and deadline objectives. Operate CNC grinding and finishing machines (3 axes and 5 axes). Perform quality controls in accordance with the defined control ranges and plans. Perform computer entries related to production and quality monitoring. Read and interpret manufacturing plans (dimensional and geometric dimensioning). Actively participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by proposing optimization areas. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any anomaly. Your profile Holder of a CFC in Micromécanicien(ne), a CFC in Praticien(ne) en mécanique, or training deemed equivalent. Experience in operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. Experience in grinding and/or finishing of precision components. Good mastery of reading technical plans. Comfortable with production IT tools. Experience in the watchmaking sector is a real asset.
