Your tasks ##

• Case management within the framework of personal and economic assistance according to the Asylum Welfare Ordinance and the Social Assistance Act
• Psychosocial counseling of our clients with the goal of professional and social integration
• Recognizing problem situations and developing suitable strategies
• File management in the case management system (KLIB) and case-related administration
• Asserting possible claims against social insurance providers and other third parties

Your profile ##

• FH degree in Social Work, preferably supplemented with a commercial training
• Initial practical experience in statutory social assistance, ideally in the area of asylum
• Enjoyment of independent work within a team
• Decisive and resilient personality who likes to take on responsibility and help shape processes
